- The confidence to sell our events (technical trainings) over the phone to C-Level Executives within Fortune 500 companies.
- Excellent Research skills, able to cope with changing product cycles and target markets.
- Experience in creating and launching strategic marketing email campaigns.
- A Team player, contributing to the overall success of each event team.
- Self-motivated with a desire to develop a career in sales and progress within the organisation.
- Bringing your own set of ideas to help improve day-to-day operations and results.
- Ensuring a quick and efficient check-in experience, often verifying delegate credentials and issuing badges.
- Acting as a brand ambassador, proactively engaging with attendees, and introducing them to key personnel or other delegates to foster connections.
- Quickly addressing any problems or concerns delegates may have, from scheduling conflicts to logistical questions.
- Soliciting real-time feedback and gathering valuable insights for future event improvements.
- Identifying potential speakers, sponsors, or future delegates for upcoming events through face-to-face interactions.
