Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the client’s marketing team and the agency, while understanding the client’s brand, business goals, marketing calendar, and consumer insights.
  • Take detailed client briefs and translate them into clear internal creative briefs; coordinate closely with creative, strategy, media, digital, and production teams.
  • Manage timelines, approvals, budgets, and delivery of all campaign assets.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and ensure all creative work is on-brand, on-brief, accurate, and high quality; present creative concepts, campaign ideas, and media recommendations to clients.
  • Manage social media calendars, digital content plans, influencer collaborations, and digital campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse reports, present insights to clients, and recommend optimisations, new campaign ideas, and proactive brand-building initiatives.
  • Handle documentation, release orders, production files, and campaign approvals; manage campaign budgets, prepare cost estimates, track spends, and ensure timely invoicing.
  • Maintain strong day-to-day client communication, build long-term relationships, and identify upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Address issues quickly, manage client expectations effectively, and stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and digital innovations.
  • Lead internal review meetings, status updates, and task allocation across teams; prepare and present post-campaign analyses, learnings, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously with smooth coordination, and represent the agency professionally in all meetings and communications.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduation in any discipline; a degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Advertising, or Marketing is preferred as it provides a strong grounding in brand communication and media understanding.
  • Min 5 years of experience in agency account management or client servicing, ideally progressing from roles such as Account Executive or Senior Account Executive.
  • Strong client-servicing abilities, including clear communication, expectation management, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
  • Solid understanding of advertising and marketing, including brand strategy, creative development processes, media channels (digital, social, ATL/BTL), and basic campaign analytics.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure all work aligns with the brief, meets quality standards, and is delivered on time.
