Roles and Responsibilities:

  • The confidence to sell our events (technical trainings) over the phone to C-Level Executives within Fortune 500 companies.
  • Excellent Research skills, able to cope with changing product cycles and target markets.
  • Experience in creating and launching strategic marketing email campaigns.
  • A Team player, contributing to the overall success of each event team.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to develop a career in sales and progress within the organisation.
  • Bringing your own set of ideas to help improve day-to-day operations and results.
  • Ensuring a quick and efficient check-in experience, often verifying delegate credentials and issuing badges.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador, proactively engaging with attendees, and introducing them to key personnel or other delegates to foster connections.
  • Quickly addressing any problems or concerns delegates may have, from scheduling conflicts to logistical questions.
  • Soliciting real-time feedback and gathering valuable insights for future event improvements.
  • Identifying potential speakers, sponsors, or future delegates for upcoming events through face-to-face interactions.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Phone ethics, active listening, and the ability to build rapport.
  • Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality.
  • Basic administration skills, willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and oral skills are essential.
