Telecaller Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Cold Calling & Lead Generation

  • Call potential clients from the provided databases or directories.
  • Introduce the agency’s marketing services (digital marketing, social media, branding, etc.).
  • Identify interested prospects and pass qualified leads to the sales or marketing manager.

 

2. Client Follow-ups

  • Follow up on leads generated from ads, social media, or campaigns.
  • Maintain communication with interested clients via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
  • Schedule meetings or demos for the business development team.

 

3. Database Management

  • Update lead status in Excel sheets.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes.

 

4. Customer Relationship

  • Handle inquiries politely and professionally.
  • Build rapport with potential and existing clients.
  • Handle basic objections and provide necessary information.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Good communication
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM software).
  • Data entry (Responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining digital information within databases and systems)
  • Sales communication techniques — how to pitch, handle objections, and close soft leads.
  • Understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, social media, ads, branding, etc.) is a plus.
  • Polite, confident, and persuasive phone manner.
  • Ability to work with daily targets and maintain consistency.
