Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Cold Calling & Lead Generation
- Call potential clients from the provided databases or directories.
- Introduce the agency’s marketing services (digital marketing, social media, branding, etc.).
- Identify interested prospects and pass qualified leads to the sales or marketing manager.
2. Client Follow-ups
- Follow up on leads generated from ads, social media, or campaigns.
- Maintain communication with interested clients via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
- Schedule meetings or demos for the business development team.
3. Database Management
- Update lead status in Excel sheets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes.
4. Customer Relationship
- Handle inquiries politely and professionally.
- Build rapport with potential and existing clients.
- Handle basic objections and provide necessary information.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Good communication
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM software).
- Data entry (Responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining digital information within databases and systems)
- Sales communication techniques — how to pitch, handle objections, and close soft leads.
- Understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, social media, ads, branding, etc.) is a plus.
- Polite, confident, and persuasive phone manner.
- Ability to work with daily targets and maintain consistency.
